How to add banners/scalloped edges on your blog.

1. Go to Customize Appearance > Edit HTML. Put this above the <head> tag of your theme:

<img style=”position:fixed; opacity: 1.0; width: 800px; TOP:25px; LEFT:350px; z-index: 1;” src=”BANNER URL HERE”>

2. Paste your banner url on “BANNER URL HERE” Change the position, opacity, width, top and left according to what you want it to be.
